Excellent addition to any prog rock music collection.
Thankfully, a large part of Popol Vuh's discography has come back into print the last few years- I bought this on iTunes, and I'm glad I did. By the 1980s, the spiritual side of Florian Fricke's vision had come to the forefront.
Night Lines (1993). Terry's use of guitar blended with acoustic and synthesized instruments is almost perfect. Local Australian talent at it's best, Terry and his friends have created a wonderful music style with undertones of Deep Forest and Single Gun Theory. This is his third album, and like the others, is hard to find and virtually unheard of in local stores. How can talent like this be overlooked? It is hard to put this music style into a music store category - Ambient Jazz & World Music - don't quite hit the mark, but if you like browsing these sections of your favorite music store you will enjoy this unique experience. What he lacks in height he makes up for in talent. One day Terry, you will be recognized as a fair hero.

Frank Fischer takes a giant leap forward on his second album on the German I.C. label. Drawing dual inspiration from the tropical coastline and rugged outback of Australia and from the mighty deserts of the southwestern United States, Frank has created a marvelously relaxed work that conveys the unhurried freedom of the great wide-open spaces. Tales of Mullumbimby is like taking a wonderfully relaxed and relaxing instrumental journey when you are in no hurry to get anywhere and can simply enjoy the pleasant ride.
The Software "team" is merely an extension of Michael Weisser and Peter Mergener. Syn-Code: Symphony for Computer and DNA Molecules, Life-in-Concept is based on a science-fiction novel by Weisser. It is a set of Berlin school electronica with samples and atmospheres. It is not bad e-music; it is just bland and simplistic.
Win Kowa is a German guitarist and songwriter who played in the bands Streetmark, Octopus and The Radio. He began writing music at the age of nine and has been performing and recording professionally since the 1970s. Since the early 1990s he has released a number of albums either solo or with his wife, Jennifer Kowa as Kowa. Will not disappoint fans of New Age.
Peter Mergener is electronic music artist. Long time he worked with Michael Weisser, together with a total of 14 albums he released, initially under the name Mergener & Weisser, then under the name of Software. Peter Mergener is one of the artists you might like to refer to if you want to prove that the music business is unfair. His first formation Software was musically equally groundbreaking as German compatriots Tangerine Dream and their 80s output possibly better than that of direct inspiration Klaus Schulze. Still, even though they did manage to become an underground sensation, their music never made it to those big concert halls and only occasionally to the radio…
