This hour-long class is about finding balance in your practice and in your life. Often we’re so busy that we find ourselves pulled in a million directions and our mind has a difficult time focusing at the task at hand. Balancing poses are fantastic for keeping us present because of how challenging they can be. So let’s balance in a variety of ways in an effort to quiet our minds and increase our strength.

"Touch" shows many brilliant ideas of Rubber Band Magic. All the tricks are impromptu and can be done with borrowed rubber bands. No-talk teaching also makes everything easy to learn in any language.
