In the Meantime is the third solo album by the British Fleetwood Mac vocalist/keyboardist Christine McVie, released in 2004 on Koch Records and Sanctuary Records Group. It was McVie's first solo recording since 1984, and the first since her departure from Fleetwood Mac. Many of the songs on the album were composed by McVie and her nephew Dan Perfect, with contributions from ex-Fleetwood Mac guitarist Billy Burnette; Robbie Patton, who co-wrote Fleetwood Mac's 1982 hit "Hold Me" with McVie; George Hawkins, ex-member of Mick Fleetwood's Zoo in the mid-1980s, and McVie's ex-husband Eddy Quintela.

During her years with Fleetwood Mac, Christine McVie only recorded one album. It was released in 1984, after Mirage had run its course and the band was taking an extended break. Given its release date, it's not surprising that Christine McVie sounds like it could have been recorded during the Mirage sessions – it's a collection of soft rock/pop and ballads that are pleasantly melodic and ingratiating…

Christine Perfect's (or McVie's) earliest work on the Blue Horizon label is as bluesy as it is dated. While it never offers a dull moment, with McVie singing with a convincing amount of energy, "The Complete Blue Horizon Sessions" never offers the later songwriting chops McVie would later gain in Fleetwood Mac…

The Dance is a live album by Fleetwood Mac, released in 1997. It hailed the return of the band's most successful line-up of Lindsey Buckingham, Mick Fleetwood, Christine McVie, John McVie and Stevie Nicks, who had not released an album together since 1987's Tango in the Night a decade earlier. It was the first Fleetwood Mac release to top the U.S. album charts since 1982's Mirage.

Fleetwood Mac, the English group with the blues sound, got their name after two of the initial members. The heart of the group, Peter Green, is one of the best electric blues guitarists you can ever hear. Ex-president Bill Clinton was a big fan. In this CD you will find some excellent live recordings where you can listen to Green's devine guitar playing. Enjoy.

These are the greatest hits of the version of Big Mac that produced Hits with a capital H! While pre-Stevie Nicks-Lindsey Buckingham versions of the group charted in the U.K. five times between 1968 and 1973, the post-blues-rock edition of the band reached unprecedented commercial heights beginning with "Rhiannon," a No. 5 smash in the spring of 1976. It's on this 16-track solid-gold set, along with the rest of the hits up through 1988's "Everywhere." A long version of "Sara" and some bonus tracks are included for extra value. ~ Steven Stolder
