Bram Stoker's Dracula is meticulously and faithfully transferred to the medium of comic books by the storytelling team of Leah Moore and John Reppion, with stunning, painted artwork by Colton Worley and detailed lettering by Simon Bowland, published by Dynamite Entertainment. The result is a gorgeous adaptation and presentation of the original novel: lush, textured brushstrokes; startling transition from the dark, dreary, somber hues of Transylvania through the stark contrasts of a frightful sea voyage to the vivid hues of the daylight Victorian-era English countryside. Bram Stoker wrote his novel as a collection of excerpts from personal diaries, journals, telegraph messages and letters, written by different characters, revealing the story from these characters' viewpoints. portrays these changes in narrative voice by showing these messages neatly typed on telegraph paper with varying typefaces, or handwritten in letters or personal diaries, by different hands. Such approach and attention to detail have drawn praises and rave reviews from everyone.

As with the fictional characters Sherlock Holmes and Dracula, Dynamite attempts to present Lewis Carroll's Alice in a new depth, drawn directly from the source material, the books: "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland," "Through the Looking-Glass," and "What Alice Found There." Surely with Dynamite bringing the same care and dedication to the medium as with the and miniseries, this promises to be another beautiful comic book, this time as a four-issue miniseries.

Vampyre's Kiss Books 1 & 2 Complete
Eng | RS & Hotfile | 4 CBR 4 CBZ | Aircel Comics (Erotic) | Jun 1990 - Mar 1991 | 47.1 MB Total

is compilation of two books consisting of 4-issue comic book miniseries on the subject of vampires by Barry Blair and published by Aircel Comics, a Canadian publisher of comic books specializing in historical and futuristic fantasy or science fiction for a mature audience and that is most noted for the franchise. The first volume is entitled, "Beware the Vampyre's Kiss" and the second, "Bianca's Revenge." The Vampyre's Kiss comic book series is significant for its attempts at fusion of the world of vampires and elements of occult horror with mature and graphic sexual content, which spurred a slew of imitations and even more extreme content, such as the series from Eros Comix. Part of my personal countdown to that quaint and unique holiday, Halloween.
