Have you been a bad boy or girl this year? Worried that Santa's going to bring you a bag of coal? Maybe he'll bring you some dookie instead. Green Day's patented pop-punk is as timeless as any classic Christmas carol. These all-new holiday versions prove it. Instead of fast licks of guitar solos, you will be getting the jingle of bells and horns. From now on, you'll be singing about the Green Days of Christmas…

"You saw his work in Neon Genesis Evangelion: Comic Tribute…depicting the truth about Rei with great sensitivity…wait, that's not the right word. What's the opposite of ""great sensitivity""? Well, whatever it is, Tony Takezaki's got it, in this collection of all-new stories satirizing both the Evangelion you saw on TV, as well as some scenes that apparently never got aired! SEE! Eva as a 1960s TV show! SEE! Kaworu and Shinji's standup comedy career! SEE! Ritsuko's days as Gendo's student intern! SEE! Eva Units, flinging dookie! You'll see all that and more, because this is Tony Takezaki's Neon Genesis Evangelion!"

Hawd Gankstuh Rappuhs MC's Wid Ghatz were a hip-hop group featuring rappers Dook "Dookie" Crapmore, Flybot Van Damn, and God Albino. Their debut album cover is a parody to A Tribe Called Quest's Midnight Marauders, but their music didn't sound anything like Tribe. The true identities of these "Gankstuh Rappuhs MC's" remain unknown.

This live Green Day's EP came out in 1995 and is a quite rare item. It may be short, but it is very good. You get 4 tracks from "Dookie" and 2 from "Kerplunk!". If you are a fan of older Green Day items, this is for you.

Insomniac is the fourth studio album by the American punk rock band Green Day. Though it peaked at number two in the U.S. and went double-platinum (according to the RIAA) by 1996, Insomniac did not have the sales endurance of its predecessor, Dookie, largely due to its slightly darker lyrical tone and heavier, more abrasive sound. The album is the band's third-best selling album behind Dookie and American Idiot with sales at over 8 million worldwide.

After hitting it semi-big when "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" (from 2005's The Warrior's Code) was prominently featured in Martin Scorcese's Oscar-winner The Departed, Dropkick Murphys return with another round of punch-drunk punk on The Meanest of Times (it's unclear whether the title refers to the current state of world affairs or the scowling Catholic schoolyard hooligans depicted on the record's cover...). Continuing their usual melding of the Pogues' raved-up Celtic strains with the bouncy energy of early Green Day, the result is somewhere on the lines of If I Should Fall from Grace with God getting in a fender-bender with Dookie--seven Boston punks can sure make a lot of noise. Life isn't only a party for the band, however, and there's more than a dash of Springsteen's somber human portraits in the broken-down company men and damaged families observed in songs like "Tomorrow's Industry" and "Surrender". The Meanest of Times' aggressive musical swagger and driving instrumentation don't obscure the fact that the Dropkick Murphys have something insightful to say.
