The EVA labels were a group of sisterlabels made for compilations and Best-Of albums released as joint ventures between the national divisions of EMI, Virgin and Ariola. The label became active in 1984 but is now defunct in all countries. Early EVA albums were released with the logos of the three individual labels. Sometimes the label name EVA was not mentioned on those releases. Active from 1985 until 1997. In 1990 the labels Warner Music, Sony Music and Phonogram/Polydor founded Magnum as its counterpart.

Borderlines formed in 2012 by three members of the pop punk band The Leftovers. Scattered between Portland, ME and Los Angeles, CA they spend most of their limited time together quoting Ghostbusters and drinking beers, but still manage to write and record. Having played nearly 500 shows in over a dozen countries as The Leftovers, they are no strangers to the inner workings of jaded scenes. For their debut EP, "Magical Paths to Fortune and Power", the Borderlines bring the same great songwriting to catchy and filled to overflowing with hooks.
