This classic study of perspective is an absolute must for any serious students of design, benefiting amateurs and professionals alike. Dozens of examples are illustrated, including parallel, angular, and oblique perspectives, as well as ascending and descending planes. Other images show how to create a cone of rays, and add depth and realism to curved objects. The techniques can be used for laying out a garden, predicting the shadow effects of a tall building, and accurately capturing the interplay of angles, light, and shadow.

While at least one track from this album showed up decades ago on an Epic compilation, the remainder of this album has remained in the Columbia archives until Reel Music had it remastered and release. The sound is incredible - even with some of the tracks in mono, This is the result of Steve Alaimo's production at the AGP studios in Memphis, the Memphis Boys backing (see the Ace album for more detail) supported by the Memphis Horns, and Bill Lacey's remastering. This is a stunning album - strong songs, great production and Gwen McCrae in fine voice. The hits - which are certainly evident 40 years later were buried as Columbia was in the midst of moving to its HBS-inspired black music strategy under the leadership of Clive Davis. This is a great addition to any 70s soul library.

This Is What the Truth Feels Like is the third studio album by American singer and songwriter Gwen Stefani. It was released on March 18, 2016, by Interscope Records, and is her first solo album in ten years. Inspired by the end of her marriage and the roller coaster of emotions she experienced during the time, which also included a new romantic relationship, Stefani returned to feel inspired and started writing new and meaningful songs. With the help of producers J.R. Rotem, Mattman & Robin and Greg Kurstin, as well as songwriters Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels, Stefani wrote the whole album in a few months and described it as a "breakup record"…

George McCrae and his wife, Gwen McCrae, were just past the peak of their popularity when they recorded the 1976 LP Together as a duo. George was still riding his 1974 chart-topper "Rock Your Baby," while Gwen had scored a Top Ten hit of her own shortly afterward with "Rockin' Chair." Although they'd been pursuing solo careers, in fact they'd recorded as a duo in the early '70s, so Together was not so much a new pairing as a reunion.
