"Tropico" is American rock singer Pat Benatar's fifth studio album, and sixth album overall, released in late 1984. This is the first album to feature one-time John Waite bassist Donnie Nossov, who replaced Roger Capps in Benatar's band. It peaked at No. 14 on the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart and produced the Grammy-nominated Top Five Pop hit "We Belong". Other well-known songs from the album include "Painted Desert", "Outlaw Blues" and "Ooh Ooh Song" (also a Top 40 hit). A Spanish version "Ooh Ooh Song" was on the B-Side of the US single and appeared also on her 1999 compilation, Synchronistic Wanderings. Tropico was Benatar's sixth consecutive Platinum-certified album in the United States.

"Go" is the eleventh studio album, and twelfth album overall, by American rock singer Pat Benatar, released in the summer of 2003. As of 2014, it is Benatar's only studio album since 1997's Innamorata and her only release of new material in the 2000s. According to Nielsen SoundScan this album had sold approximately 30,000 copies, before it went out of print in 2010.

Pat Benatar first came to the world’s attention with her hit debut album In the Heat of the Night in 1979. This was followed up by her second album Crimes of Passion a year later, also a multi platinum earner. Her most successful album, Precious Time, followed next in 1981. Releasing an album a year, she followed her first three successful albums with Get Nervous, Live From Earth, Tropico and Seven the Hard Way. The tempo then slowed a little, but the albums still continued with Wide Awake in Dreamland, Best Shots and True Love.

"True Love" is the eighth studio album, and ninth album overall, by American singer Pat Benatar, released in 1991. The album is a combination of covers and original tracks of jump blues, which Benatar recorded with husband Neil Giraldo, Myron Grombacher and the Roomful of Blues horn section and drummer. The CD edition of the album included the seasonal standard "Please Come Home for Christmas" as a bonus track, which was released to the US Troops serving in the Gulf War, and was not included on foreign vinyl pressings of the album.

"Wide Awake in Dreamland" is Pat Benatar's seventh studio album, and her eighth album overall, released in 1988. After a string of successful albums, this was her last rock-oriented album of the 1980s, before she would go on to try a blues-based sound with True Love in 1991. The album's lead single "All Fired Up" peaked at #19 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #25 on the Cash Box Top 100. It was her final entry on both charts. The album was cerified Gold by the RIAA and eventually sold approximately 700,000 copies in the United States.
