Mine Mutlu only made 'erotic' films in the 3 year period between 1974-1976. She made 5 such 'erotic' films in 1974, 9 in 1975, and 1 in 1976). In 1976, she withdrew entirely from 'erotic' film-making even though she was 'at the top of her game' – and she tried to re-invent herself on stage, as a performing singer.

Originally released in the U.K. in time for Christmas 1972, The Sweet's Biggest Hits was a straightforward roundup of a dozen tracks culled from both the band's own chart-busting catalog and, also, songwriters Nicky Chinn and Mike Chapman's occasional efforts for others – both "Tom Tom Turnaround," originally a hit for New World, and "Chop Chop," recorded by DJ Tony Blackburn, were originally reprised on the Sweet's Funny How Sweet Coco Can Be LP. Further swaths of this collection, too, are duplicated from that set – the Sweet's own singles "Funny Funny" and…

If you were to buy only one Sweet CD, this should be the one. This improves upon the UK edition of the album by adding great stuff from their "Sweet F.A." album and getting rid of some fluff (you didn't really need their version of "My Generation," did you?) While you don't get "Love is Like Oxygen," you get a bunch of cool songs written by the band and by Chinn/Chapman. A truly classic rock CD, influenced many star rock bands of 70-90.

An escaped mental patient kidnaps an illiterate teenage farm girl and takes her to his mountain hide-away, where they soon become friends and, eventually, lovers. Linda Blair accepted the role hoping the producers would cast then-boyfriend Rick Springfield to star alongside her; after Martin Sheen was cast, Blair admits to "falling madly in love with him", although no real-life affair ensued.

This is a very good live album from Alan Price which features a good mix of his old and new original material and a nice set of covers, such as Simon Smith and I Put a Spell on You. While the songs from O Lucky Man would be the best known, there are other gems here, such as Between Today and Yesterday (the LP which followed O Lucky Man) and the set as a whole is great listening. The musicians are top-notch and the production sounds really good; the drum sound is well captured, for example. Alan is in fine voice and sounds as if he's really enjoying the show(s). Highly recommended for fans of Alan Price, R&B or Randy Newman type songwriters.

Olli Ahvenlahti - Bandstand (1975). Sweet keys from 70s Finland - a great little set that's filled with jazzy work on electric piano and clavinet! Keyboardist Olli Ahvenlahti has a touch that's as warm and soulful as some of his counterparts on the American fusion scene - an approach that's not nearly as jamming or rock-influenced as some of the other European keyboardists of the 70s, and which is carried off here with a gliding, soaring approach to the groove! Olli's group on the set features trumpet and sax in the frontline – shading in the tunes with qualities similar to some of the most righteous work done on keyboard sets for Muse or Strata East in the 70s - funky one minute, cosmic the next, with tight head arrangements that state the colors of the tunes, then break into freer solos…

Win, Lose or Draw is the fifth studio album by American rock band the Allman Brothers Band. Produced by Johnny Sandlin and the band themselves, the album was originally released in August 1975. Reviews of the album were negative, commenting on a lack of energy, formulaic songwriting, and indifferent sound. The album reached #5 on the Billboard 200 albums chart based on their previous popularity. The record had been highly anticipated a year earlier, but now the Allmans' moment was passing.
