In Yummy Yoga, we do not hold poses. We make gentle contractions of muscles and focus on the release. The goal is to re-pattern the nervous system so you learn to live with more relaxed muscles. Relaxed body=relaxed mind! The program is divided into two 20 minute sections: one for the upper body and one for the lower body.
